Extensive experience in support and operational testing of the Aquila-Remotely Piloted Vehicle, GTE-Mobile Subscriber Equipment and Grumman Aerospace Corp.-Integrated Forward Test Equipment for the US Army. Saved the 75th Ranger Regiment $5000 by developing a low cost antenna port for Satellite Communications (SATCOM) radios. Currently standard equipment for SATCOM radios. Established a Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC) that uniquely identifies the 75th Rangers to requisition repair parts. Proven ability to oversee numerous operations simultaneously as a Company/Detachment Operations Sergeant.

• Develop on-orbit maintenance procedures from available engineering drawings, schematics and safety documents.  Develop Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR) accordance with Mil-Std-1388-2B and 1949-3 requirements. 
• Created Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB) documents to parallel the LSAR for better understanding of maintenance procedures. Performed detailed analyses of maintenance procedures to streamline and assure effective content. Collaborated with International Space Station hardware providers on all hardware related issues pertinent to maintenance.
• Provided quality reviews identifying discrepancies on LSAR and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns including engineering drawing (ASME Y14.24), schematic and safety report discrepancies to appropriate engineering/authors. Create status reports for management and customers, both formal and informal on Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Limited Life Analysis and Engineering Documentation.
• Trained new employees along with international partners on the development of Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR) using the Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment (EAGLE) database and the development of Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB) Documents.
