    ANSWER: No. KCA does not charge ongoing license fees. Once the application is delivered and customized for your business, it’s yours to use indefinitely. We believe in empowering our clients with full ownership from day one.

  • Can the apps run within our existing Microsoft environment?

    ANSWER: Yes. All KCA-developed tools are fully compatible with your Microsoft platform, including Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and other Office tools. There’s no need to invest in new systems — we build on what you already have.

  • What if my team needs additional Microsoft licenses or third-party add-ins?

    ANSWER: If premium Microsoft licenses are required, your IT team can typically manage this through bulk licensing programs. For third-party add-ins, KCA can guide the installation and subscription process, ensuring a smooth setup.

  • Can we modify or build on the tools KCA provides?

    ANSWER: Absolutely. KCA delivers solutions with transparent and editable code, enabling your Citizen Developers or IT team to explore, adapt, and extend the applications as needed. We believe in open, flexible solutions — not black boxes.

  • What kind of support does KCA offer after delivery?

    ANSWER: We offer flexible maintenance options. You can contract KCA for ongoing support, or we can train your internal teams to manage and update the tools themselves. We’re here to ensure your long-term success.
