KCA’s Lessons Learned Library is a powerful database and planning tool that lets teams capture lessons, apply tagged lessons to new projects, and assign project duties to individuals to ensure those lessons are incorporated and any risks are mitigated.  While most Lesson Learned tools focus on heavy industry, we’ve found the same practices can apply to any business.  We use the tool internally to become better at IT development and implementation.

  • Searchable Database of Lessons you create or populate from other’s experience

  • Assign lessons to new project, and assign a task to incorporate that lesson to key team members
