Logistics Analyst                                                                                                                                                             2013–2016

Provide logistics and program support to Naval Air Systems Command. Maintain accountability for tracking all Navy and Marine Corps engine assets to support the scheduling and management of designated Naval Aviation Power and Propulsion Systems and subsystem. Ensure effective logistics support in all logistics elements including, planning, supply support, and support/test equipment. Perform detailed analysis of logistics requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times. Analyze maintenance data, productivity, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports to determine maintenance/repair requirements.

Key Accomplishments:

< >Performed extensive analysis of maintenance data for more than 6,000 engines and modules across 8 different depot repair facilities to craft comprehensive monthly production reports. Efforts resulted in 100% accountability of all inducted engines and modules.Played a key role in tracking availability and cost effectiveness for Naval War Time Utilization through assisting with generating 5 different Measurement of Effectiveness reports used to analyze 55 type model series engine and modules.Recognized for superlative orchestration of the screening and movement of 60 rapid re-supply requests to support 3 details and a logistics support area.Applied expert-level inventory management expertise to lead wall to wall inventory of more than 3,000 line items. Identified and analyzed inventory discrepancies and developed plans to replace and buy new tools. Ensured continual readiness for unit during deployment through effective inventory management for a $55 million TOA supporting 11 missions across multiple battle spaces. Conducted bi-monthly inventories of more than 600 containers.Delivered exceptional leadership during the processing of more than 12,000 uniforms and 40,000 uniform insignia; successfully completed project in 3 days.Set standard of behavior for team members and provided ongoing coaching and guidance to consistently deliver exceptional customer service to each visitor and accompanying staff members.  Efforts resulted in 56% improvement of supply effectiveness and 31% increase in overall aircraft readiness.
