· Personally revamped base dining facility food production menu. Researched and introduced 48 different ethnic meal options for base personnel. Efforts led to a 25% increase in variety.
· Managed $850,000 in base food service contracts/warehouse while controlling yearly spending on the dining facility’s $800,000 annual budget. Maintained accuracy with contracts and budget with zero discrepancies over three years.
