United States Air Force, Dyess AFB, TX                                                                                                     2014 – 2016

Led 62 military and civilian personnel providing prepared meals In Accordance with U.S. Department of Agriculture codes and military public health standards.  Managed dining facility establishment delivering 240,000 meals yearly.

·  Personally revamped base dining facility food production menu.  Researched and introduced 48 different ethnic meal options for base personnel.  Efforts led to a 25% increase in variety.

·  Managed $850,000 in base food service contracts/warehouse while controlling yearly spending on the dining facility’s $800,000 annual budget.  Maintained accuracy with contracts and budget with zero discrepancies over three years.

·  Led by example; exercised strict sanitation standards ensuring appropriate food handling and storage

·  Leadership abilities and attributes led to her dining facility’s first ever “Excellent” Public Health rating.
